i give one star but not worth that. it was a long, slow service and once memorial stone was erected we discovered an engraving mistake and that the punctuation of our poem was not adhered to thus producing a rambling sentence that makes no sense. we approached owner with our concerns shortly after and he eventually told us that a new stone would be ordered and engraved - it's now been almost 12 months and our dear mother's headstone is still a mess.
